We build the first playlist at the factory. Once the sign is in your window, you change content with the user friendly software, one of the easiest to use in the industry. We do not re-program it remotely.
3-year warranty
Githems LED warrants the sign against manufacturing defects in the cabinet and LED modules for three years from the date of purchase.
Covered: panels or power that fail in normal indoor window use.
Not covered: impact damage, outdoor or weather use, a bad install, or your content files.
If something fails in those three years, use Contact. We repair or replace the defective part. Additional costs like shipping could incur.
How to program it
We load up to 15 slides before the sign ships. After that, you use the software we include. We train you on it. If you get stuck, tech support is there for the life of the sign.
We cannot reach the sign remotely once it has left Chattanooga.
